The Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery would like to extend a warm welcome to the 38th Annual Stanford Plastic Surgery Review Course. The course will be held the week of October 12 - October 16, 2009, at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel in Palo Alto. As usual, we will have an outstanding group of faculty.
General Review Course Information
Minimum and maximum enrollments have been established. Registration forms will be accepted (via U.S. or Overnight Carrier only) on a space available basis according to the date payment is received. Please use the attached form to complete your registration as soon as possible.
The Stanford Plastic Surgery Review Course begins on Monday, October 12, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. and continues through Friday, October 16, 2009 until approximately 12:30p.m. The entire review course will be held at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel in Palo Alto. The course registration fee is $2500.00 (Please make check payable to Stanford University). The program includes didactic lectures, individual mock oral examinations, and case reviews. Each candidate will also have the opportunity to receive two practice oral examinations similar in form and content, though not difficulty, to the actual candidate experiences; seating is on a first-come first-serve basis. Your registration fee also includes a light continental breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
All refund requests should be submitted in writing on company letterhead. For Stanford accounting purposes only, please include your social security number with all requests (refunds cannot be processed without this information).
- Full refunds given before August 21, 2009
- Half refunds given from August 22 - September 11, 2009
- No refunds given after September 12, 2009
Hotel Accommodation
It is recommended that all reservations be guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations made after September 14, 2009 are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the group rate. In order to receive the group rate you must mention "Stanford Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery."
