New Patients

While patients are welcome to refer themselves, we encourage your regular doctor to contact us so we can resolve issues or logistical problems that cause delays in seeing a plastic surgeon.

If you would like to make an appointment with a plastic surgeon yourself, please call our New Patient Coordinator at (650) 723-7001 or fax our Appointment Request Form to (650) 725-5223 . If you would like to make an appointment for a child or young adult please call (650) 497-8201 or 1-800-756-9000 or fax our Appointment Request Form to (650) 497-8891 .

You will be contacted within 48h to schedule an appointment. The more information we have, the faster it will be for us to designate a doctor and contact you for an appointment

Medical Records

You will be asked to bring copies of your medical records and imaging studies (X-rays, MRI, and CT scans) with you on the day of your appointment. Your first visit could last 2-3 hours because several doctors may review your medical records and discuss your condition with you. It is often helpful to write down a list of questions that you may have and to bring along a family member or friend to this session.

For Patients Outside of the U.S.

International Medical Services (IMS) toll-free telephone: (877) 487-0237.

Please visit the IMS web site for either adult or pediatric patients.
