Apply for STaRS Internship Program
The 7-week STaRS Internship is for high school and undergraduate students considering careers biomedical and biological sciences. Students must be age 16 or older at the time of the program to apply. Students under 18 will require signed parental consent forms to work in a biochemistry laboratory. Students do not need to be US citizens to apply. Interns are expected to commit to the entire 7-week internship.
Once accepted, students will be required to submit parental consent and complete several online training modules and forms.

How to Apply
- Fill out the appropriate application form (1 letter of recommendation to be uploaded in form, no guidelines/restrictions for recommender).
- No transcripts needed or accepted.
- No word limit for the responses.
