Stanford SOAP for PRS Receives Innovation Seed Grant
Dr. HyeRan Choo has been awarded a Innovation Seed Grant from the Department of Surgery to support the development of the next-generation Stanford Orthodontic Airway Plate (SOAP) for neonates and infants with Pierre Robin Sequence (PRS).

INSIDE 4th Triennial International Consensus Meeting on Robin sequence
Dr. HyeRan Choo, Director of the Stanford Orthodontic Airway Plate (SOAP) Program, was invited to present at the 4th Triennial International Consensus Meeting on Robin sequence held in Paris, France from April 3-5, 2025. The triennial gathering brought together international experts to advance the understanding and treatment of Pierre Robin Sequence through collaborative dialogue and shared research.

INSIDE IBSD 2025: Stanford Plastic Surgery Recap
From April 4–5, 2025, Stanford Plastic Surgery was represented on the international stage at the 13th International Breast Surgery Symposium (IBSD) in Düsseldorf, Germany—now recognized as the largest breast-focused meeting in Europe. With more than 600 breast and plastic and reconstructive surgeons in attendance, the symposium was a gathering of global expertise and innovation in breast surgery.

Stanford Hosts 2025 West Coast Cadaver Lab in Collaboration with California Society of Plastic Surgeons
On March 29, 2025, Stanford Plastic Surgery hosted the West Coast Cadaver Lab in collaboration with the California Society of Plastic Surgeons.
